How can I order from your website?
Select the product you want to buy and add it to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. Go to the next step, the delivery and invoice information section, by clicking the “Complete Order” button on your cart. The payment amount is calculated including VAT. After the requested information is entered, review and confirm the contract and complete the order. Invoices to be issued on behalf of a person (natural person), it is obligatory to include the Turkish ID Number (as notified in the Official Gazette dated 29/08/2006, numbered 26274). The company (legal entity) invoices must include a tax office and tax ID number.
PayTR Virtual Pos payment system screen is displayed once you click on the “Go to Checkout” button. After entering your credit card information, the payment is completed by clicking the “Pay” button and your order is accepted. If the order is completed perfectly, an email is sent to the customer with information about the order. The purchased product is delivered by our Contracted Shipping company once the person who receives the order shows his/her ID card.
When will the orders placed on the weekend be shipped?
Deliveries are made except on official holidays. Your orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
How do I know if I have placed my order correctly?
After completing your order, you will see a message with your order number. The order number means that your order has been created successfully. After your order is successfully completed, information about your order will be sent to your e-mail address.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered by our Contracted Shipping Company.
Until your order is delivered to you by the shipping company, it is under the responsibility and guarantee of FIG GURU.
The purchased product is safely delivered in its special packaging to the address specified along with the invoice and dispatch note.
If you wish, you can give different delivery and invoice addresses so that your invoice reaches your address and your gift reaches to your loved ones.
You can check the time it takes to deliver your order to the shipping company on the detail page of the product you purchased.
The prepared orders are delivered to the shipping company except on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays.
The shipping company delivers except on Sundays and official holidays.
You will be notified by email when your order is delivered to the shipping company.
In case the recipient cannot be found at the delivery address, the shipping company leaves a visit notice. In the event that the recipient does not contact the shipping company within 3 days upon receiving the visit notice, the shipping company returns the package to FIG GURU.
Check the products you ordered by comparing them with the delivery note during the delivery. In case you think the products are missing or damaged, do not take delivery of the package and request the delivery person to write an official report.
Notify the contact person in charge of the order in FIG GURU about the situation using the contact form. Your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible after the necessary inspection. Once you have received the product, you shall be deemed to have accepted that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty.
