RETURN:

www.figguru.com” acts within the framework of the Customer Protection Law.

The conditions for return are listed below. If any of these conditions are not met, product returns cannot be accepted.

As a rule, in case the product purchased HAS BEEN DESTROYED, USED AND LOST ITS RESALABILITY, ITS PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, A CARGO LABEL or DUCT TAPE IS AFFIXED ON THE ORIGINAL BOX; BRIEFLY, IN CASE THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, A PRODUCT RETURN AND A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.

You must first send an e-mail to fig@figguru.com including your product invoice number and order number as delivered within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. The reason for your request for a return should be included in the email.

Your request for a return will first be examined by the customer representative of figguru.com to determine whether it complies with the above conditions.

The return of products that comply with the return procedure will be approved and the refund will be deposited into your account within 5 business days. This 5 business day period will start the day your returned product is delivered to www.figguru.com.

If the invoice of the product to be returned is a corporate invoice, you must send it together with the RETURN INVOICE issued by the company, while returning the product. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (product unit price + VAT). The process of the order refunds whose invoices are issued on behalf of the companies will not be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is made out. The invoice should be placed in the package while you send the product you want to return.

You can send the purchased products free of charge with the contracted shipping company. The shipping fee of the return products sent with the contracted cargo companies belongs to our CUSTOMER.

REPLACEMENT:

Product replacement can only be done with the same product only if the product is damaged (the official report form given by the delivery person will be requested) and if it is defective. There is no replacement for a different product.

Do not take delivery of the products with an opened package or used for any reason and if the package or parcel to be delivered by the shipping company is torn, crush, opened and wet. Request a “SHIPPING DAMAGE REPORT” from the delivery person without signing the shipping form. Please notify the situation by calling our customer service (+ 90 536 875 55 79) or by writing to fig@figguru.com. Our company does not evaluate the notifications about the damaged or missing products that you have taken delivery of without an official report.

The replacement of the ordered product with another product, even they are of the same price and category, is not accepted.

In cases where the customer does not accept the replacement of the product with an exact same product, the REFUND PROCESS is carried out.

The product replacement process is completed within 7 working days after the product is received by figguru.com and the necessary inspections are made.

Your replacement shipments will be shipped as PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER by our contracted shipping company.

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the residential area where the BUYER or the SELLER is located shall be authorized in the implementation of this contract up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
