Fig Guru
Figs have been the most noble pursuit of our family for four generations. Our fig gardens are located in Ortaklar town of Germencik District of Aydın.
We prepare our fig trees for the summer season by cherishing them all year round. As the summer heat rises and the figs begin to ripen, a busy pace of work begins for us. At a pace lasting approximately until the end of September, we collect our figs, dry them at our drying yards under the Aegean winds and sun, and then transfer them to our facility for processing.
Fig Guru was founded with the dream that everyone of all ages, wherever they are, can comfortably consume healthy, high-quality, and literally organic figs. We combined our passion for nature with figs and set out to bring the crops that we collected with traditional methods at our farm in Aydın, the city of figs in the Aegean region, to your table without exposing them to any additives.

To provide natural fig products by preserving nutritional value of figs, without exposing them to any additives and by protecting human health and the environment. To acquire a permanent place in the sector by blending dried figs production lasting for generations with today’s science and technology in the value chain from farm to table.
